It’s easy to grow your business with a retreat at Aspenwood Manor! Event Pricing is calculated as: Event Room Rental + Sleeping Suite Rental + Add-on Servcies Each Retreat Package is completely customized! You only pay for what you need.

Event Room Pricing Details:

$300/day weekdays (Mon - Thurs)
$400/day for weekends (Fri - Sun)Includes a $75 cleaning feeIncludes traffic of up to 20 guests.
Each additional guest is $25.

*Set-up and take-down must be included in the time block.

Sleeping Suite Pricing Details:

Suites start at $89/night for 2 guests.  
Larger suites can sleep up to 11 guests with rates starting at $189/night

Best of the Basics Starts at $20/person

Overnight Retreat:
Carrie hosted a Basic retreat that included the event room, unlimited drink station, and shared sleeping spaces for her guests.  She brought in all her own catering and guest speakers.  Her total was $55/person/night for her 3-day retreat.

Daytime Retreat:
Danielle hosted her corporate retreat from 8am-4pm on a Wednesday for 20 guests.  She used our unlimited drink station but brought in her own lunch supplies.  Her cost was only $20/person.

Holistic Luxury Starts at $50/person

Overnight Retreat:
Stephanie hosted a Luxury retreat including the event room, some shared and some private sleeping rooms plus the drink station, and had the Aspenwood Manor team prepare all the meals.  Her cost was $125/person/night for her 4-day retreat.

Daytime Retreat:
Justin hosted a Tuesday daytime training for his 15 member team.  He used our in-house catering for breakfast, lunch and unlimited snacks.  His cost was only $50/person

Overnight Retreat:

Her ticket price was $1500, so she easily covered this luxury stay and kept a nice profit!

Daytime Retreat:
Shaylie hosted a dream pampering event for 10 of her most loyal followers on a Saturday.  She included all the gourmet food, a foot massage and a makeover session with photos for each participant.   It only cost her $180/person

How to Book Your Retreat
We’ve made our process as effortless as possible so you can start dreaming and start enjoying with as little stress in-between as possible. Here’s how to get started:

Chat with us! Tell us what type of event you’re planning, your guest count and any other important needs or details.

We’ll present options and once you’ve selected your services, we’ll give you a firm quote for your event. Sign your contract and pay your deposit.

FAQ

What time can I start my retreat?

You may start your retreat at anytime in the event room.  The sleeping suites will be ready by 5pm on the night they are booked.  So for example, if you choose to start your retreat on Friday at 8am, your sleeping suites will be ready by 3pm on Friday.  We can store participant luggage.  Alternatively, if you decide to start your retreat on Friday at 8am, you can consider adding the night of Thursday to your retreat stay.  Sleeping suite checkout is by 10am on the the morning.  Event room check out is negotiable.

Where do we park?

Retreats are allowed 2 parking spaces per suite booked.  We will go over this in your retreat planning session. Additional cars will park on the street for free.

How big is the Aspenwood Manor?

Our building can sleep up to 70 guests, however the recommended maximum count in the event room for an extended period of time is 20.  If your retreat has more than 20 participants, we recommend that you plan to use the living spaces in the sleeping suites to run breakout sessions on multiple tracks.

Can I bring my family when I host a retreat?

Yes!  You may book a private sleeping suite for your family.  Kids LOVE staying with us!  We have built in playhouses in some of our suites and we’re right across the street from one of the greatest pools in the county!

What is your internet connection like?

We have Google Fiber.  Each room has a wired connection as well as wireless throughout the building.

What is your policy on smoking and alcohol?

Smoking, vaping, hookah, etc are absolutely forbidden on the grounds.  Alcohol is permitted, but inebriation is forbidden.  Drugs of any kind including medical marijuana are forbidden. Anyone caught will be removed from the property immediately.

Does Aspenwood Manor have a gym?

We do not have a gym, but we are across from the Provo Rec center.  Admission is $6/adult per day.

What if I need more than the event room?

Event spaces can be rented across the street at the Rec Center for a very reasonable cost.  The pavilion at the city park across the street may also be reserved through the Parks & Recreation department with the city.

Can I create a custom menu?

Yes!  We’re happy to accommodate any food preferences!

Can I bring an outside caterer?

Yes! Outside caterers must bring food pre-prepared and in serving dishes ready to go.  Outside caterers are not permitted to use the kitchen space.

Who is on site to help me during my retreat?

Our deluxe and VIP packages include the chef and a full time event coordinator on call ready to help and support anytime you need.
