All of our suites take on their own personality as we furnish them and sometimes a theme emerges- this one begged to be adorned with beautiful camels. Let us tell you- camels are hard to find right now. Plenty of owls, elephants and roosters pack the shelves of decor stores. Nary a camel. So when we did find them we snatched them up!
The main bedroom has a queen and the 2nd nook bedroom has a full bed. It's perfect for a long term stay or a weekend getaway.

Older kids will be comfortable in this suite, but because of it’s size, we wouldn’t recommend more than 1-2.
Because of the decor, this suite is NOT ideal for small children.

If you have an allergy to down/feathers, please let us know and we will gladly remove the down bedding. We use plant based cleaners and no artificial air fresheners.

We have been in business since 2008 and served over 15,000 guests. You won't find that kind of reliable commitment to your stay from other short-term rental companies.
All suites are self check-in. You will receive a code prior to check in that will give you access to your suite. Check in is 5:00PM, check out is 10:00AM. Early check-in to 3:00PM for $15, late checkout for $25/hour.
East facing and shaded by our auxillary buildings, so there is not very much natural light (lots of installed lighting!). Plenty of lighting gives this unit a bright, fresh feel. Windows are safe to open
Heat and AC is provided by a mini split system. The original boiler system keeps the building warm in the winter months.
Thanks to 3 different insulation strategies, this suite is generally very quiet. Sensitive sleepers are usually fine. Please note that this suite is near our offices so our staff will be coming and going during business hours. Other than that, there is no foot traffic by the windows.
Original boiler system pipes run throughout the unit. Guests over 6’ tall may come in contact with them if not careful.
6 steps down to entry. No elevator. This suite is not wheelchair/walker friendly.
Free on-site parking for 1 car in our lot. Plenty of free and safe street parking. Large vehicles will find our small parking lot difficult to navigate and will block other car access. Please plan to park large vehicles on the street. No trailers in parking lot.
We try to keep our website as up to date as possible. However, if a certain amenity listed is extremely important to you, please do reach out to make sure it is available.
Quiet house from 10pm-8am. We take noise complaints very seriously so if something is disrupting you, please reach out.
Absolutely no smoking, hookah or vaping anywhere on the property. A $900 fine and immediate eviction will occur. Please do not try to sneak and use e-cigarettes, vaporizers or hookahs. We can tell. excessive air freshener use will not cover a smell and will result in a deep cleaning charge. If you smoke, please do so across the street.
Be respectful of other guests in the Manor by adhering to our quiet hours between 10:00PM TO 8:00AM. Failure to keep quiet hours may result in eviction. If your neighbors are being excessively disruptive, please let us know so we can help you.
Sorry, to respect our guests with allergies, we do not allow animals of any kind on our premises. Failure to comply will result in immediate reservation cancellation with no refund and a $300 fine. If you need to house your pet while visiting Provo, we highly recommend Rover.com
