Located in the heart of downtown. All of these suites are within steps of each other. We have a private auxilary apartment available for group bookings as well. The maximum number of suites that can be booked in this building by one group is 6.
Floor 1 (up 6 stairs to enter)
Studio with 1 bath • sleeps 5 adults • 1 king, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 full trundle, 1 twin floor mattress
Studio with 1 bath • sleeps 4 adults • 1 king, 1 queen sleeper sofa
(Floor 1 and 2 share a lobby - great for groups!)
Floor 2 (up 6 stairs to enter + 1 flight up)
1.5 bed/1 bath • sleeps 5 adults • 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin floor mattress, 1 toddler (kids only)
1 bed/1 bath • sleeps 5 adults• 1 king, 1 full, 1 full trundle, 1 twin
Basement (down 6 stairs)
Studio with 1 bath • sleeps 3 adults • 1 queen, 1 twin sleeper sofa (very short)

The Manor

Located across the street from the Provo rec center. All of these suites are within steps of each other, and all suites except the Wasatch Skyline share a common lobby. Book all suites on one floor to minimize in between suite commutes. If you have a potentially loud group, please book the Edelweiss or the Thai Star as no suites are below them. The event room is a great add-on for large groups! The maximum number of suites that can be booked in this building by one group is 7 (a 2 or 3 bedroom suite must stay unbooked).

3 bed/1.5 bath • sleeps 11 adults • 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full sleeper sofa, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 twin bunk 1 twin single mattress on floor
Studio with 1 bath • sleeps 4 adults • 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa
1000 sq ft and has 4 leather sofas, a fireplace, 80" HDTV and a full kitchen. It's a great place to gather for meals, games or movies. Please note that family reunion groups get a lower rate than event bookings when the event room when booked as part of the family reunion block. See the event room page for more details.
