Pricing Details
Pricing for family reunions is $225/day for weekdays (mon-thurs) and $250/day on weekends
3 day minimum.
When booked with a family reunion block, you may use the event room as an additional sleeping space (4 sleeper sofas).
Families may host small events as part of the block (baby showers, etc) but large events (weddings, etc) will be priced separately.

We're located directly across from the Provo Rec center (with rooms available to rent for Yoga or other activities), a city park, and within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store.
You're welcome to rent sleeping space in the luxury suites in the building, or have your guests come from off-site.

Pricing for classes is $25/hour for weekdays (mon-thurs). Weekend classes are priced as retreats.
This pricing is for recurring classes and must be purchased in packages of at least 4 classes in a series.
Set up and take down must be included in the time block.
A one-time set-up fee of $50 is charged for each class series.
Includes traffic of up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $5 each/class.

If you are booking for another individual, you agree that you are taking responsibility for their actions while on this property and agree to pay any extra service or damage fees they may incur.
No loud music, dance parties, or other loud activities. Out of respect for the other guests, we have strict quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Special permission is required to have loud events outside of this timeframe (such as you are renting the entire property).
You may bring outside food or have any caterer you wish.
Dishes, serving items, and cookware are not included unless you purchase our catering package. The use of the kitchen is for serving and warming pre-made food only. The space is not meant to cook for large numbers of guests, so please adjust your menu accordingly and do not plan on preparing full meals here. No bacon and deep fryers. Cooking bacon or deep frying will result in a $150 fee. The smell of bacon and cooking oil permeates and is almost impossible to remove.
Every event is charged a cleaning fee depending on the size of group and type of event. Guests are expected to remove all trash, remove all belongings and do a basic clean up of the space. The cleaning fee includes normal cleaning and does not include extensive cleaning. You will be billed in addition if the room is abnormally soiled. Examples: chocolate ground into the grout, oil splattered down the walls, frosting fingerprints on every single chair. (Guess how we came up with these examples...)
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping on the property at any time. Alcohol is not permitted except with permission and an additional deposit. Inebriation is absolutely forbidden on this property.
NO glitter. None. Not even a speck. If we find glitter during clean up, you'll be charged a $100 headache fee. Do NOT post anything to the wall. Tacks, staples, command hook products, duct tape and any other potentially wall-damaging hanging items are absolutely forbidden. You may NOT remove hung art without prior permission. Blue or green painter's tape may be used carefully. Rental includes the room ONLY. Do not decorate or expand into the hallway or any common space. Furnishings may not be removed from the space. We have no space to store the sofas/tables, etc. Please plan your event flow to utilize them.
You as the event host may park up to 2 cars in the lot belonging to the building. All other visitor cars MUST park on the street or across the street at the Rec Center. The building contains other suites that are entitled to parking. A $25 fine will be assessed to each additional car (over the 2 included) belonging to your party.
The room includes an 80" HDTV with HDMI ports. You're welcome to use it by plugging into an open HDMI port, but please do not rearrange the HDMI cords that are currently plugged in. They run through the wall and if you remove them, it's very difficult to fish them back through.
