No surprise fees! Our pricing is upfront and transparent. Our receipts are itemized.

STANDARD FEES

$50-100 cleaning fee charged per suite per stay. This is how we can cover our fixed cleaning and stocking costs but reward long term stays with incredible nightly rates!

TAXES

13.32% lodging tax (stays over 30+ nights are tax free!)

ADD-ONS WITH ADDITIONAL FEES

• Additional guests are $8/per guest per night
• Additional mid-stay deep cleaning services available. --$45+
• Early check-in to 3pm or late check-out--$15/25
• Crib or other infant accommodations --$25 per stay  
• Children's toy rentals --$25/stay  
• VIP guest gifts (corporate stays) --Reach out to us for pricing  
• 3% credit card fee applies to long term stays or group bookings over $3500 in value opting to pay via credit card instead of e-check. No credit card fees for stays less than 30 days or less than $3500  paid for by a credit card.  

DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES

Rest assured, the lowest price ANYWHERE is here through our website and not on third party booking sites. Book here with confidence! Other ways to save money are: 

• Stay 7+ nights and save up to 25%
• Stay 30+ nights and save 25-40%
• Rates can go retroactive. If you initially commit to 1 week but end up staying a month, your entire stay is discounted to the month rate.
• We may be able to discount if your ideal suite size is not available for your last minute booking. For example, if the only suite left is a 3 bedroom, but you only need a 1 bedroom suite, please call us.

PLEASE NOTE: The weekly rate is NOT available during the following peak times: 

• BYU Graduations, 4th of July, 24th of July, BYU Education Week, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas.  
• There is a 5 night minimum stay during 4th of July, BYU Education Week, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
• Reservations may not end or begin on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve or 4th of July.
